This youth relationship program was developed by The Center for Relationship Education and has dramatically impacted the lives of thousands of youth all over the country.

The all new REAL Essentials (Relationship Education And Leadership) curriculum is a unique product specifically designed to help young people navigate the mine field of relationships, romantic attachment, choices, challenges, obstacles, and temptations they will face in adolescence.
These fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities are intended to develop impulse control, self regulation, and personal power.
This curriculum is filled with lessons that touch and captivate the heart. It’s about teaching skills for healthy relationship development, partner selection, and future healthy family formation.
The REAL Essentials curriculum teaches:
- Understanding yourself and the differences in others
- Making healthy decisions
- Dealing with cultural and peer influences
- Communicating effectively
- Dealing effectively with conflict
- Understanding friendship, dating and love
- Avoiding high-risk behaviors
- Understanding the benefits of and the skills to prepare for healthy marriage
This research-based youth relationship curriculum was developed in its entirety by The Center for Relationship Education. Facilitators of this workshop, who deliver the content and experience to participants, have been trained directly by CRE trainers.
Location: *We can come to your church or home! (Ten students minimum to provide the best experience. Two FREE registrations if you provide the venue.)
